Cancellation Policy

For first time clients we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment as you will be required to complete a client health history form.

For subsequent sessions, we recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We understand that life is busy so we try to be flexible where possible. However, we do have some policies in place that may apply in the instance of late arrivals or short-notice cancellations.

We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional healthcare. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
Please call us on 0481277707 the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you may be charged $50 for the missed appointment.


Late Arrival

We do everything we can to ensure that you received your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we will only be able to provide you with your remaining treatment time. We will retain the right to charge you for your full treatment time. We recommend that you make every effort possible to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
