We value our time and yours and we try to ensure that all our clients get the most out of their appointments so we stick to our scheduled times as best as possible.
For first time clients we recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow enough time for parking and finding the centre.
Please give us more than 24 hours notice.
You can cancel your appointment by clicking the cancel link via the appointment reminder email (which is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment) if you are cancelling more than 24 hours of your appointment.
However if cancelling within 24 hours you need to contact Michelle on 0481 277 707. Please note that you may be charged $50 for the missed appointment.
If no notification is given you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment on your next scheduled appointment as you have prevented another client from being seen.
We understand that sometimes we get caught up in our hectic schedules and lose track of time, but if you know you’re going to be 10-15mins late please send us a courtesy message or phone call.
If you are running more than 15mis late, phone ahead so we can assist with rebooking another appointment time.
Please note there are policies in place that may apply in the instance of late arrivals or short-notice cancellations.
We do everything we can to ensure that you received your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we will only be able to provide you with your remaining treatment time.
We will retain the right to charge you for your full treatment time. We recommend that you make every effort possible to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
Absent/no show client
For absent/no show clients you will be charged 100% of the treatment booked.
For repeat offenders we do reserve the right to reject future bookings at the discretion of the practitioner.
